If you want to help, but dont feel comfortable using PayPal, my vet said they will accept payment over the phone, via credit card, and deposit it straight to my "vet account".
Be advised, the Vet said they can not offer refunds. This money will go straight into my "vet account" and can not be taken out. It will be used strictly for Rebel, as will all donations through PayPal.
